BDSC X BRIG: National Black & Diverse SAFEGUARDING PROFESSIONALS Awareness Day

Join us for the UK’s first National Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals Awareness Day in partnership with BRIG Birmingham.

Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals CIC was founded by Le’Siran Edwards to support safeguarding professionals from racialised backgrounds and raise awareness of workplace inequities, because frontline workers supporting vulnerable communities deserve equity and opportunities to work and progress without discrimination.

This evening will bring together safeguarding professionals, leaders, public services, community members and allies to explore workforce equity, share lived experiences and consider how we collectively shape healthier safeguarding cultures.

Spaces are limited and interest is already growing.
